The SETI (Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence) has announced that it will be in action once again looking for life in the newly discovered habitable planets orbiting Kepler 22B. The fascinating part of this story is the funding. Funding for this operation comes from US Air Force Space Command. Why is the US Air Force getting involved in the search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence?
The Air Force claims to be looking for "space situational awareness." This strikes me as slightly odd. What exactly is "Space Situational Awareness?" Why would the US military be willing to spend major amounts of money to accomplish this task of securing space situational awareness? Especially, while military spending on unpopular wars in the US has driven many to desire cut backs in spending on the military.

New research done on the Mayan Calendar by German expert, Sven Gronemeyer, claims that the Mayans identified December 21st 2012 as more of a transition then the end of the world. Arcturi readers: It looks like more activity is stirring up in China. A few days prior to the disappearance of the village several UFOs were spotted in the area. Eye witnesses describe as follows:
October 10th at ten o’clock, Xianyang many people, and they saw in the sky several unknown luminous body in constant rotation, but can not find the light source, and everyone felt very strange.
Xianyang reporters into the sky to see the two circular rotating in constant light, white light has been given, and everyone said that this phenomenon has been going on for a very long time.

Astronomers recently released information that the first official Goldilocks planet has been found in a nearby star system. The Goldilocks name comes from the famous fairytale and implies that a planet rests in the "habitable zone" of planetary development in which the planet is not too close or too far from the host star to administer life(as we now understand it). These recent discovery according to Steven Vogt of the University of Santa Cruz believes, "that the chances for life on this planet are 100%."
The public has been bombarded with approximately 2 big news stories a month about extra solar planets for the last 5 years. This steady influx of information slowly pumped into the collective mind of our population has been executed with a purpose. Not only is this information leaking from the mainstream news media, but also through our entertainment media. Popular shows such as "the Event," and movies like Super 8, and Signs have also been pointing their audiences in one singular direction.
All of this points us to the government and powers of influence and control directing society to be ready for the coming revelation. The disclosure will not be that Grey Aliens really do exist, but rather that the universe is teaming with extra terrestrial life. On June 7th 2010, Residents of of New South Wales in Australia witnessed another UFO creating a light show in the sky. The report of eye witnesses sounds much like the same objects seen as the portal opening over China and Norway. Those seeing the UFO described:
"a lollipop-type swirl"
"huge revolving moon"
"It had a distinct bright centre, much like a bright star, indicating an object shedding light trails, spiraling and fattening out from it," ABC quoted one witness, James Butcher of Canberra, as saying. "The effect lasted only two or three minutes, moving and descending quickly out of view."
"The fact that you've got the rotation, the spiral effect, is very reminiscent of the much widely reported sightings from Norway and Russia last year, which both turned out to be a Bulava missile which was being adjusted in its orbit," Geoffrey Whyatt of the Sydney Observatory told ABC. "So possibly a rocket, I would say, having some sort of gyroscopic stability rocket fired on its side."
Authorities are claiming the object to be a Falcon 9 rocket launched by Space X (Space Exploration Technologies) a private company.
Space X has neither confirmed or denied this to be their rocket malfunction. However, to us at Arcturi, the object sounds just like another inter-dimensional portal opened up by the extra terrestrials.

Has Voyager 2 contacted Alien Life in the outer solar system? After exploring our majestic planets Voyager 2 mission continued as it left the known solar system. Voyager constantly sends back data signals giving information about its status and systems. Scientists as NASA were surprised to find Voyager sending back message they can't decode!
When Voyager left 33 years ago, engineers installed a 12 inch disk with music, and greetings in over 55 languages. It seems they are getting their response. The data format in which the probe is sending information is completely unknown to the scientists analyzing it.
What could this mysterious message mean? A malfunction typically would not send information in a format that is completely unknown - it goes beyond logic.
However, it does seem to be a rather odd place to find extra terrestrial life or signals. The Ort Cloud lies at the edge of our solar system and is said to contain ancient comets, however, not much more is known. Scientists have recently detected a large mass in the Ort Cloud that could be as massive as a planet. Could this have something to do with the recent transmission error? Or dare I say, planet X?

Here is a new video that has been floating around the internet that features a UFO flying very close to the wing of an airplane. My first take on the video was that it looked like CGI. However, its possible this is for real. The UFO was supposedly seen by several witnesses. If this is true we will need the witnesses to step forward. The image seems to have some kind of reflection from the plane window, the nature of this reflection needs to be analyzed. Based on the reflection I would gather the image is either very real, or a well planned hoax.
Another interesting observation is of the UFO itself. The UFO in this case actually resembles some of the UFO of the past that one might see in the 1950s or 1960s. This give some credible evidence to the video and Ufology in general. Most modern day animators will create sleek, aerodynamic craft. This one, however, is anything but "modern" looking. I would still argue fake until we see more evidence, but certainly out of this world!
In other news, presented to us by one of our best online sources, a persistent Jovian Mass can be detected in the Ort Cloud. The Ort cloud is a large spherical cloud of commets and other icy objects that surrounds our solar system. The Ort cloud lies just beyond the Kuiper Belt which is the realm of Pluto and other dwarf planets.
Sceintific research is finding that there is indeed an object near the size of Jupiter orbiting around out there! In a recent scientific Publication John Matese and Daniel Whitmire describe this object in: Persistent Evidence of a Jovian Mass Solar Companion in the Oort Cloud. In the relative light of all this science, I hate to even mention it, but Planet X? Nibiru?

Yet Another MASSIVE UFO seen around flying very close to the sun. This one is of particular interest as it seems to be emitting a beam of light or energy. We have seen much recent activity surround our sun lately, from increase solar activity and sun spots to actual massive objects observed flying near our sun.
If this video is for real (and we have no reason to think its a fake, far too odd for someone to fake this), then the implications are incredible. Perhaps 2012 will be more then a shift in consciousness, and will enable these massive spaceships. Could the Arcturians be watching us, utilizing the energy of the sun with this great emission beam? The starship Athena is said to be powered by the energy of these solar centers and this seems to be proof of some form of this process.
NASA has yet to comment on these latest bits of information. Last time around they said it was an equipment malfunction!?

Many of these reports seem to be true. It seems that more then 70 countries have been verified to have sent naval fleets to this location.

Keep in mind these are Frigate class warships, not small coast guard type operations. Now I do not know about you, but as much of a threat as the Somalian pirates are, I cannot see them being THIS big of an issue.
Therefore the question remains. What is going on in the Gulf of Aden? What are the possible solutions?

The scientist at the CERN Hadron Collider expect to be creating situations similar to Mini Big Bangs again by 4/10/2010. The CERN Hadron Collider is the world's largest of its kind enabling scientists to manipulate matter at very high levels of energy and study them. The goal is to recreate conditions close to that of the Big Bang. By doing this the scientists hope to unlock the mysteries of the universe and find the theorized Higgs Boson (or the God Particle), which describes how particles have mass.
When the particle accelerator first started smashing "stuff" up, it was accelerating particles to an energy level of 2.36 Teraelectronvolts (TeV). The scientist want to now see what they can do by increasing the energy 7.0TeV.
Last time the CERN shut down was for technical reasons. Spokesman James Giles said: "It's too early to say precisely what happened, but it seems to be a faulty electrical connection between two magnets that stopped superconducting, melted and led to a mechanical failure and let the helium out."
Melting superconductors... Great! While the scientists are CERN indicate there is nothing to fear, speculation has long debated that the advanced atom smashing they are doing could equal trouble as we manipulate the basic elements of our universe. Advocacy groups have even been started to protest and legally stop the advances at CERN.
Irishman Ron Ambiguous, reported to have been abducted by Grey Aliens and told that the CERN Hadron Collider would produce two blackholes and end the world as we know it. Others have speculated that CERN could open up a Stargate as in Einstein's speculations which would allow interstellar travel (by us or extra terrestrials).
Whatever the case, I say FIRE IT UP! Higgs boson - Terrific. Black Hole that ends the world - Not cool but at least we all get to see what is next at the same time. Interstellar travel - Sign me up!

This is a remarkable video for us here at Arcturi. What we are witnessing is some massive spherical shaped UFOs hovering around the sun. These images are taken from NASA's stereo spacecraft (which stands for Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory). The observatory purpose is to record mass coronal ejections and other unique sun activities. Around January the 18th, 2001 the observatory started recording some very interesting unidentified flying objects seen in this video.
These massive spherical objects pose a mystery for several reasons:
They are enormous. These crafts could be roughly estimated to be the size of the moon or a small planet. An object of this size could not possibly exist so close to the sun because of suns tremendous gravitational pull. If these were simply planets or comets of some kind they would be pulled into the sun and disintegrated.
These objects seem to reflect light and move. These objects seem to have some form of intelligence as they can be observed to be moving. Could one of these objects be more evidence of the Arcturian Starship Athena or possibly a Pleiadian Mothership. More research has to be done , but we will keep you posted as this story develops.

What can we deduce from all this video evidence? Certainly there is some paranormal activity happening in the Norwegian region and Russia. "Experts" seem quick to point out explanations that are palatable with our modern world. However, the mounds of evidence continue to pile up and people are demanding the Truth!

This is a video of another UFO (see original here)over Norway, this one recorded on December the 10th one day after the famous December the 9th sighting. This sighting was seen by considerably less people. The video does seem to look more like a projectile then the other which resembles a portal of some kind.
If these videos show Russian missile tests going wrong then we can deduce a few things. Russia is getting ready for a global conflict and we could see a nuclear end of the world coming soon. Additionally, Russia needs to work on its missile firing capabilities!
If these videos display some kind of inter-dimensional portal or vortex then it could be possible these UFOs are using these portals to travel between dimensions. It could be possible that these are wormholes opening up at various size depending on either the speed or size of vehicle entering the space.
